Chef de Partie

Main responsibilities:
• Preparation of recipes, according to the menu and instructions of the Chef.
• Track inventory and order goods.
• Checking expiration dates and timely use of products.
• Optimization of the cooking process with attention to quality and cost.
• Training and coordination of the team in the kitchen.
• Continuous implementation of health and safety standards.

Main qualifications/skills:

• Culinary Degree or related major.

• Relevant working experience.

• EU Citizen.

• Good command of English.
