Assistant Retail Manager

- Ensuring smooth operations: From managing inventory to overseeing sales transactions, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the shop run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help prevent issues before they arise, allowing your team to focus on delivering exceptional service to passengers.
- Driving sales and meeting targets: As a leader in the shop, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales and achieving revenue targets set by the cruise line.
